IMPORT YOU (Music & Lyrics by T. Stebbins) ––––––––––– The urgent calling of their world Is pulling me distant I cannot bear to see you fall Into the non-existent I see the seconds dance their decay And you, you hear them calling too, I know it And now there’s nothing left here to save Take hold, hear my call Data reverie, you remember me, Smiling as we fall from colors to shades of grey Come along with me, where we ought to be We’re importing you before you can fade away Had the destructive overflow corrupted your senses We had your backup to the wall, we’re building your defenses

about

Import You is a modern take on eurobeat inspired by the recent releases from MEGAREX. Lyrics regarding the rescue of a loved one in a digital world fit well alongside digital bass swells.

…in fact, quite literally inspired. If you caught my Twitch streams as I worked on this, you'd hear how their Eurobeat Re:Bible album really shook me up and inspired me to make something more modern and less traditional. I think it's still pretty traditional, but it has some new elements I really like. What do you think?
